A little about me: I have been running lashes by eden for 3 years now and am constantly booked out for 7 weeks in advance by my clients. I am constantly learning and wanting up-skill my self and i have now decided to share my knowledge. I have been working super hard the last few months completing my trainer course from the company NALA. They offer educator course which allow you to be able to share your knowledge and create your own courses to find and discover new certified eyelash technicians. I cannot wait to share all my secrets and knowledge with you all!

I found my passion and love for lashing when I was lost on where to take my future. I was working in a job where I hated what I was doing, and had no flexibility. I have found that there is so much pressure to find something you want to do for the foreseeable future, but no one tells you where to start. What I did know was that I had a passion for beauty and was unsure of where to begin. I can honestly say eye lashing has changed my work ethic, my happiness and my flexibility. I am now able to have the work hours I want and need, while being my own boss and working in an environment that I choose. I want to help people who may be in the same situation that I was in, and help them discover their newfound passion and love. Eye lashing has evolved over the years and is gradually becoming more and more popular, becoming a need for many clients, not just a want. The popularity and evolution of lashes every year is growing and is constantly in need of new eyelash technicians with higher education within the lashing community.

My academy is about bringing each other up and not down. I am here to help make a difference in your life while keeping the lashing community standard raised higher than others. I can't wait to help guide and build you into the eyelash technician you will be today and in the future. Many years ago when I completed my training I felt as though I did not get much out of it. Over the years I have unskilled and learnt so much from my own experiences. I want my training to give you everything and anything you could possibly face when troubleshooting problems. By the end of the course, you should be able to refer back to your manual and know the answer and if for some instant it is not in the manual i will always be here to guide you with ongoing support as i am just a message away.

This is a little about how the courses will run and information on them!

CLASSIC, HYBRID & VOLUME COURSE

Course times 9-4pm, 8-4pm & 8-1pm (May vary, rough estimate)

Unit outline-

Day 1 - Introductions, theory behind lashes, about the eye; classic, hybrid and pre made volume, safe lash weights, diameters and thicknesses, practice application and direction on sponge &mannequin head, go through kit products, learn the application process and of health and safety and decontamination. LUNCH- Set up, including room and lash set up, client consultations. Classic set on doll head, lash manual questionnaire

DAY 2 Longer day-

Mapping of the eye & Refresh with doll head,  learn hybrid practice, learn safe removals and practice consultations ready for live model  in the afternoon. Lunch CLASSIC SET. Allergies & sensitivities, contradictions, lash hygiene, client care while client is here and just after client has left. Legal considerations lash manual questionnaire

Day 3 - lash manual question air

Removals and fills with mani heads, business set up and marketing, practice positioning with volume fans on a sponge and mani head  & lunch

Volume model in the afternoon-

Set homework standards to ensure they get confident!
